Spaciety helps you find beauty services in Chicago for up to 60% off normal prices. By the way, its pronounced spa - CIETY (kinda like so - ciety).
How does Spaciety work?
Spaciety is an online booking hub for spas and salons in the Chicagoland area. Spas and salons list their available appointment times on our site at very attractive prices. Don't be surprised to find treatments at up to 45% off of standard rates! All you have to do is select a day and a treatment type and sit back! Spaciety will show you all available appointments that match what you're looking for.
What's the booking fee?
Spaciety is an absolutely, 100% free online booking service for you. We like to make things convenient and easy to use...but we're not going to charge you for it.
Do I need an account to use Spaciety?
No. Currently, Spaciety does not require you to be a member in order to search and book sweet deals. If you're in Chicago and are a savvy online shopper...who are we to deny you your right to a luxury service for a significant discount?
How far in advance are appointments available on the website?
Two weeks. On our website you'll find appointments that spas/salons are willing to discount to fill. We've decided that two weeks gives you enough time to find something you like.
Why do you need my name, phone number, and email address?
The spa/salon needs to have that information in case there are any issues with your appointment. We forward that information on to them, so that they know who to expect and can contact you. We will NEVER sell or distribute your information.
Awesome...I just booked an appointment. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation that you can print. You will also receive an email confirmation. Try to arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early, and don't forget cash gratuity for a service well done.
I just booked an appointment and I didn't get an email confirmation. What should I do?
If you did not receive an e-mail, there is a good chance that the e-mail address was entered incorrectly on the payment page. Email contact@spaciety.com and we will re-send you your e-mail confirmation.
Since I'm paying online, are there any more charges once I get to the spa/salon?
Of course not. That is unless you decide to upgrade your service. Or you chose a service with an increasing price depending on the length and thickness of your hair. That should all be clearly stated in the description of your service. Again...don't forget gratuity.
What if I change my mind on the service I want once I arrive?

That's okay by us. We would only suggest that you upgrade or add on to services once your arrive. Selecting a service that costs less than your original online charge will not be refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy?
We have the same cancellation policy as the spa/salon that you are booking an appointment with. Typically, the cancellation policy is no less that 24 hours before the time of your schedule appointment. Be sure to check the cancellation policy on the booking page before you hit submit. If you do need to cancel...contact the spa/salon directly.
What happens if I don't show up to my appointment?
You can attempt to work something out with the spa/salon that your appointment was with. Unfortunately, if they stick to their cancellation policy your money will not be refunded. We anticipate that in most cases the spa/salon will be happy to work out a rescheduling.
What happens if the spa/salon can't take my reservation? Or if it was double booked?
We work exclusively with the premier spas/salons in Chicago. These establishments put customer satisfaction first. If an establishment is unable to accept a booking, you will be notified as soon as possible by either Spaciety or the spa/salon that you booked with. If you can't work out another time that is convenient for you to receive your service, email us at contact@spaciety.com The spa/salon will contact us too. We will be happy to take care of you.
Is my credit card information safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
